Fire in central Obrenovac: Chinese department store engulfed in flames, workers evacuated

There is still no information whether there have been any injuries,or about the level of material damage

A fire broke out in the center of Obrenovac today. Reportedly, it started in a Chinese department store.

As can be seen in videos posted on social networks, firefighters arrived at the scene. Dense smoke is coming out of all sides, and citizens are gathering there.

The fire has been localized in one part of the department store, while in the other, firefighters are still putting out the flames, Tanjug reports from the scene.

According to informationa vailable so far, no one has been injured.

There are three fire brigade crews and two ambulances at the site.

All workers and shoppers have been evacuated.
