300 million people in this country will eat apples and corn from Serbia: Details of the agreement

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Branislav Nedimovic on Wednesday met with a delegation of the Republic of Indonesia led by the Director General for Horticulture in the Ministry of Agriculture Prihasto Setianto.

After the two sides fully prepared the agreement which concerns the export of wheat, corn and apples, and then other products from Serbia, such as meat and meat products, concrete steps were agreed to start realizing it as soon as possible.

At the same time, this is an opportunity for Indonesia to export its products, primarily palm oil, to the Serbian market.

"Indonesia is very important for us, because this is about the entry of key Serbian products to a market of almost 300 million people," said the minister.

After the Non-Aligned summit in Belgrade, numerous delegations are visiting Serbia, wanting to raise cooperation with our country to a higher level.

At the same time, Serbia and Indonesia have good and friendly relations.
