A fire broke out in the family home on Saturday
A child who was in serious condition after a fire in Brcko, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has already claimed six lives, died at the University Clinical Center in Tuzla in the night between Sunday to Monday.
"The patient passed away last night after midnight at the Clinic for Children's Diseases, in the intensive care unit, where he was on mechanical ventilation in a very serious health condition," the spokesperson of the Tuzla clicic, Ersija Asceric-Mujedinovic, told Klix.ba.
Carbon monoxide poisoning is officially the cause of death of six people who died on Saturday in a family house in Brcko.
A great tragedy befell Brcko the day before yesterday, when the fire broke out in the family home in the settlement of Suljagica Sokak. Six people died there, while several were injured.
Initial information said that four people were injured, but that number increased to seven, including the boy, 5, who died in Tuzla.
