The head of the EU Mission for the rule of law in Kosovo and Metohija, Lars Gunnar Wigemark, announced that the situation in the north of the province is stable and that EULEX will monitor the implementation of the agreement from Brussels starting today.

He wrote on Twitter that EULEX will continue to patrol and observe the situation in northern Kosovo together with KFOR, at the request of the Kosovo police.
"EULEX continues to patrol and observe the situation in northern Kosovo together with KFOR, at the request of the Kosovo police. Situation is stable and the new sticker regime will be introduced by both sides tomorrow, October 4. We will monitor this too," Wigemark wrote on Twitter last night.
