Dodik says Rosu withdrawal is diplomatic victory: Attempt to establish political extremism prevented
Dodik told Srna that with this diplomatic success of Serbia, Vucic in a peaceful and democratic way ensured that Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija can live in peace and move freely, and thus once again showed Serbia's ability and strength to defend its people in Kosovo and Metohija, while it cannot be stopped from doing that by threats or pressure from any Kosovo special forces or international brokers
The Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Milorad Dodik, stressed that resolving the crisis in the north of Kosovo and Metohija is a statesman-like move of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, who once again showed that he is a man of peace and dialogue, not conflicts.
Dodik told Srna that with this diplomatic success of Serbia, Vucic in a peaceful and democratic way ensured that Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija can live in peace and move freely, and thus once again showed Serbia's ability and strength to defend its people in Kosovo and Metohija, while it cannot be stopped from doing that by threats or pressure from any Kosovo special forces or international brokers.
"The withdrawal of the members of Rosu represents a diplomatic victory of Vucic, who thus prevented the virus of political extremism from taking root in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, avoiding conflicts and preserving peace. This is the first time that forces are withdrawing in the Balkans, which, encouraged by the support of some international factors, tried to resolve misunderstandings by force, avoiding dialogue, while such a thing has never happened in BiH, for example," Dodik stressed.
He pointed out that in BiH, internal dialogue, which is the only thing that can bring a just solution and preserve peace and stability, is avoided.
"The great diplomatic success of Vucic and the Serbian side is also that the European Union said the Brussels Agreement is not respected by the Kosovo side, when it comes to the Community of Serb Municipalities, and that this will now be a priority in the negotiations between the two sides in Brussels," said Dodik.
The Serb Republic, which followed the events in the north of Kosovo and Metohija with excitement, was relieved to hear the decision to resolve this crisis, providing full support to Serbia, led by Aleksandar Vucic, who ensured peace and freedom of movement for our brothers in Kosovo, Dodik stressed.
