The largest flag of Serbia was displayed yeserday in Kosovska Mitrovica, in Kosovo and Metohija, near the monument to Prince Lazar, on the occasion of the Day of Serb Unity, Freedom and the National Flag, reports TV Most.

The Day of Serb Unity, Freedom and the National Flag is a state holiday that is celebrated on September 15 in the Republic of Serbia, and in the Serb Republic (RS, the Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The holiday was established to symbolically celebrate the anniversary of the breakthrough of the Thessaloniki Front in WW1, and it has been marked since 2020.
