New conditions for entering North Macedonia from September 1
Foreign citizens in transit through North Macedonia will have to pass through the country within five hours
From September 1, only passengers who have a valid coronavirus vaccination certificate, a certificate that they had Covid older than 45 days or a negative PCR test older than 72 hours will be able to enter North Macedonia.
These are new anti-epidemic measures that will be valid for both foreigners and citizens of North Macedonia.
Macedonian citizens returning to the country after September 1 without a PCR test, a certificate of vaccination or of having had Covid will have to quarantine for seven days, MIA writes, as reported by Tanjug.
Foreign citizens in transit through North Macedonia will have to pass through the country within five hours, sign a statement while entering, and present it to the border control while leaving the country.
