Fires still active in five villages in Kosovo and Metohija, near Prizren, Djakovica and Orahovac

There are currently five active wildfires in five different villages in Kosovo and Metohija, but they are all under control and about to be put out.

The fires are burning in the villages of Musnikovo and Zur in the municipality of Prizren, Orcusa near Dragas, Meja in the municipality of Djakovica and Ratkovac in the municipality of Orahovac, the Pristina portal reporteri.net writes.

As reported, the flames have engulfed trees, low vegetation, shrubs, and firefighters are trying to extinguish them completely.

So far, no one has been reported injured in the fires, while an investigation has been launched to determine whether they have been started deliberately.
