Vucic talks about Belgrade Waterfront: I remember when we had the courage to dream about it

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic has posted a video on Instagram with a message for the citizens of Serbia.

"The great Victor Hugo once said that dreams create the future and some other people said that at first those dreams seem impossible, later unlikely, and in the end they become inevitable. Here, when you see Belgrade Waterfront behind me, I can only remember the time when we dreamed about it, but we had enough courage to do it. That is why I urge all young people in Serbia to dream," said the president.

"Dreams create the future! Dream big! Only with a great amount of work and learning can Serbia make progress," Vucic added.
