A terrible accident has happened in the village of Jastrebac, when a man hit his seven-year-old son with his car, inflicting severe, life-threatening injuries, it has been confirmed for Novosti this morning from the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Vladicin Han.

Deputy prosecutor Ljiljana Petrovic said that the accident happened on Monday morning, when D.D., who was driving a BMW in an improvised parking lot in the village of Jastrebac, hit his seven-year-old son, who had knelt down to tie a shoelace, so it is assumed that an unfortunate combination of circumstances had led to this tragedy.
