President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic is visiting Kragujevac and the municipality of Knic.

He toured the Siemens Mobility Doo Cerovac factory, while the program of the visit includes two production halls. Today, around 3 pm, the president should visit the Aleksic Prvi distillery in Guberevci.

As announced, the factory also employs women, since the work is not very physically demanding, while the trams manufactured there are used in Bremen and Munich.

"It's very pleasant and comfortable inside, there's plenty of space," Vucic said while sitting in one of the new vehicles made in Kragujevac.

"I'm not sorry they stole my ideas, I'm sorry they didn't have their own," Vucic said, referring to the progress the factory in Kragujevac has made. "I am sure that we will be able to see trams coming out of this factory in our streets as well."

"German companies in Serbia today employ more than 71,000 workers, and those companies are the safest for us. When Germans come, they do not leave," he said, adding that a Siemens research center will be opened in Kragujevac.

The president of Serbia also noted that Serbian-German economic cooperation is getting stronger every day.
