President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic is today visiting Kladovo.

Apart from talking about the Hydro Power Plant HPP Djerdap 1, Kladovo, ecology, the Danube and general investments in the eastern part of our country, Vucic also touched on earnings in Serbia, but also on our citizens who work abroad as guest workers.

"It isn't worth it to them yet, but when we reach 900, 1,000 euros net salary, with significantly lower cost of living than in many other countries, everyone will start coming back. I once talked about it with the Estonian president, as well as with the president of Lithuania at the time, and they both told me: When you reach that amount, then people start coming back from London, Germany and elsewhere," the president said.

He said that "we have to hurry, to reach those salaries by 2026."
