Turkey has allowed Serbian tourists to travel to that country without a negative PCR test if they have a vaccination certificate.

The certificate can be digital, carried in the phone, or printed, because all that is necessary is to show a clear QR code. The certificate of complete vaccination issued by the competent authority of Serbia is recognized instead of a negative PCR test.

However, this country, like Greece, requires that tourists fill out an online form 72 hours before the trip, i.e., there is mandatory electronic registration of foreign tourists.

Within 72 hours before arriving in Turkey, it is necessary to register electronically via the following link: https://register.health.gov.tr/.

Tourists answer 10 questions in English, and the "hardest" is the last one - the address. Those who type their home address will make a mistake, as it is necessary to enter the exact name of the hotel they will be staying in.

During registration, the so-called HES code is assigned, which is an electronic form for monitoring the health status of passengers. This is necessary in order to enter all shopping centers, restaurants, government agencies and other facilities. All passengers are under obligation to show the code in printed or electronic form when entering Turkey, Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed on its website.

In addition to the "green vaccination passport" issued by our eUprava (eGovernment) and the Turkish form that is filled out online, it is necessary have "Covid insurance," which costs about as much as regular travel health insurance that our tourists have been buying for years.
