A serious traffic accident happened this morning in Stepojevac, leaving an elderly woman injured.

The horrific scene of the injured woman lying motionless under a truck while the driver is trying to free her has been sent to us by a reader.
As they told the Telegraf.rs portal, the woman was crossing the road outside the pedestrian crossing.
"At around 9:40, a truck knocked down a pedestrian, an elderly woman, who has been transported to the Military Medical Academy (VMA)," the Interior Ministry told Telegraf.rs.
The extent of the unfortunate woman's injuries is unknown.
