The storm was followed by thunder, and heavy rain created large jams in the streets of the capital.
The Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Serbia (RHMZ) announced that short-term weather disasters were expected today - heavy showers with thunder, the appearance of hailstorms and hail, and strong, occasionally stormy, west and northwesterly winds.
The orange meteorological alarm, which indicates the weather that is dangerous, was turned on for almost the whole of Serbia -Backa, Banat, Srem, Belgrade, Western Serbia, Sumadija, Pomoravlje, Eaastern and Southwestern Serbia.
