"Those who have not received any dose of the vaccine will not get paid sick leave"
There will be other things that the Government will consider, when it comes to the Covid-19 infection
"We want to achieve collective immunity in order to dedicate ourselves to work," stressed Aleksandar Vucic, and added that he can see that television outlets have turned into travel agencies.
The president added that vaccinated people will be entitled to paid sick leave, while those who have not received a single dose will not.
"There will be other things that the Government will consider. If you become infected and have received two vaccines (doses), through someone else's fault, you will have the right to sick leave if you work in a state body, army or similar. And if you are not vaccinated, you will not have paid sick leave," the president said.
He addsed that vaccination is a condition for everyone, for the economy to move forward, for the first quarter to go to over 10 percent. "Since we cannot introduce negative discriminatory measures, although we think it's selfish for people not to get vaccinated, we have decided to award additional monetary assistance to those who get vaccinated," said the president.
Everyone over 16 who gets at least one dose of the vaccine will receive an additional 3,000 dinars (25 euros).
