Greece does not recognize Kosovo as an independent state and its position remains unchanged, said the head of the Greek liaison office in Pristina, Chryssoula Aliferi.

She told TV Klan Kosova that "it is well known that Greece took constructive approach towards Pristina, welcoming the Kosovo Office of Trade and Economy in Athens and working with Kosovo to improve cooperation in several areas," Kosovo Online reports.
In the EU, in addition to Greece, Kosovo's self-proclaimed independence has not been recognized by four other member countries - Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain.
