Wizz Air has announced today that they will open two new routes from the capital of Serbia, Belgrade, to Greece - Heraklion (Crete) from June 12, and Belgrade-Santorini from June 13, writes Tanjug.

Flights on these lines will be taking place twice a week, and tickets can be purchased at a starting price of 3,529 dinars (equal to some 30 euro), an announcement said.

Wizz Air will fly to Crete on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and to Santorini on Wednesdays and Sundays.

As part of the measures to protect the health of passengers and crew, passengers should check in and make all purchases online, including payment for additional luggage, in order to reduce unnecessary interaction at the airport.

Crew and passengers are required to wear masks throughout all flights.
