Sladjan Antic from Vranje is not the only one who has received two different vaccines against coronavirus thanks to human error. As Telegraf.rs has learned, three more identical cases have happened.

As we have found out, the Batut Institute has been notified of each of these cases.

Meanwhile a doctor and two nurses who were present at the vaccination of Sladjan Antic from Vranje when he received the wrong vaccine, will be allowed to go back to their jobs but will no longer be able to vaccinate. Further proceedings are underway.

Further steps and penalties are yet to be decided, we have learned.

As we reported, Antic received the Pfizer vaccine on January 28, and on February 18 he received the second dose, but this was the vaccine made by the Chinese manufacturer Sinopharm. He believes that, as he told Telegraf.rs, the mistake was made by the nurses who entered his data from and did not pay attention to the fact that the computer listed which vaccine he received first.
