After liturgy and consecration of the water in the church of St. Simeon in Miami, the swimming for the Holy Cross was held on a beach in the nearby town of Hallandale Beach.
This year, six competitors took part in the race, and Zivko Tripkovic won, according to Miami Glasnik, a publication in Serbian.
