Jelena answered in the same tone and revealed that she doesn't actually use perfumes.
"I'm glad we're learning together! I have been using essential oils for a long time, not perfumes, but that's a great question," Jelena Djokovic replied.
What is the difference between essential oils and perfumes?
The difference is simple - essential oils are actually natural perfumes.
Essential oils are aromatic oils that are extracted from plants. They are used in aromatherapy, added to perfumes and used as food flavors. In aromatherapy, they are used in various ways including to treat the body. In addition to the physical benefits that a person has, using these essences improves their psychological state.
The most common types of essential oils are lavender, chamomile, eucalyptus, peppermint and ginger.
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances and often only one to two drops are enough to produce a beneficial effect. However, it is for this reason that they should be used carefully. One should take into account possible counter effects that they can produce.
