Sava Centar congress venue in Belgrade sold to Miskovic's Delta, this is the price
This Belgrade landmark was sold in the third attempt
The Sava Centar (Center) was sold today to Delta Holding for 17.5 million euros, Delta Holding has confirmed for Telegraf Biznis.
Delta was the only one to submit an offer during the public sale of the Sava Centar, announced by the City of Belgrade.
Representatives of Delta Holding have just signed a statement in the City Administration.
It is envisaged that the buyer will invest at least 50 million euros within five years in renovation and reconstruction of the congress complex, which is located on almost three hectares of construction land.
The buyer, apart from the fact that they should invest at least 50 million euros in the adaptation and reconstruction of the congress complex within five years, has the obligation not to change the purpose of the Sava Center.
It should still remain in the function of congress tourism, bearing in mind that the facility enjoys the status of prior protection.
Artistic-historical works, as immovable and movable cultural goods in the building, are not the subject of sale.
