Numerous members of the EULEX police surrounded the house of the former spokesman of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), Jakup Krasniqi.

The Specialist Chambers (Special Court for KLA crimes) confirmed that an "operation is underway in Pristina" supported by the Kosovo police and EULEX, but without further explanation about what kind of operation it is.
"The operations of the Specialist Prosecutor's Office are being carried out with the support of the Kosovo Police and the European Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX)," it was announced.
The prosecution added that detailed information will be provided soon.
Pristina media reported this morning that EULEX members surrounded the house of Jakup Krasniqi in Pristina at around six o'clock, but did not state the reason.
According to the Reporteri portal, EULEX also blocked the road in which Krasniqi's house is located.
