Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions in Pristina Avdullah Hoti told EU Envoy for Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak today that one of the principles for the dialogue determined by Pristina is that there would be no encroachment on the "unitary character" of so-called Kosovo.

He said this because of Lajcak's statement that Belgrade and Pristina should consider constitutional changes, including the formation of the ZSO (Community of Serb Municipalities).

"You know the principles we have set for the dialogue process in which the issue of land swaps will not be discussed, and that has been removed from the negotiating table. The second principle is that the unitary character of Kosovo will not be touched and that the agreement should be comprehensive and binding and deal with issues between the two countries, above all with mutual recognition," Hoti said, according to Pristina's Koha.

Hoti added that he was satisfied with the progress made in the dialogue so far.
