Another jump in new cases, 2 deaths: 151 more people test positive, half of them in Belgrade

This is the latest cross-section of the coronavirus epidemic situation

In the last 24 hours coronavirus has been confirmed in another 151 people, while two more patients have died. In the same period of time 6,139 more people have been tested.

There are currently 21 patients on ventilators.

A total of 760 people have died in Serbia since the start of the epidemic.

Expressed as a percentage compared to the number of those tested, 2.46 percent have been infected.

Most new cases are yet again found in Belgrade, 78 (52%). Next is Novi Sad with 7 new patients, Nis, Kragujevac and Krusevac have 5 each, Valjevo, Vranje, Paracin and Raska have 3 each. Other cities have 2, 1 or no new cases.

So far 1,179,721 people have been tested, of which 34,344 tested positive.
