Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic says that he can proudly tell citizens that the average wage in our country in July, amid the coronavirus pandemic, amounted to more than 60,000 dinars and that it exceeded 511 euros for the first time.
"That's the highest in the region of the Western Balkans, and when I became the prime minister, we shared the third place in terms of average wages with North Macedonia, while Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina were ahead of us," said Vucic.
He is convinced that we will soon surpass Montenegro in terms of average wages, with whom we are now equal in that sense, considering that Serbia, he says, has an incomparably better economic situation.
