Traffic was interrupted by coronavirus: Tonight, train service resumes on the Bar-Topcider-Bar route
The introduction of the daytime train will depend on the demand and interests of passengers
Starting tonight, international railway traffic on the Bar-Topcider-Bar route will be reestablished. It was suspended due to the closure of the border between Montenegro and Serbia, as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic.
As announced by the Montenegrin Railway Transport (ZPCG) company, in the beginning, only the night train will run, departing from Bar in Montenegro at 7 pm, from Podgorica at 8.05 pm and from Bijelo Polje at 10.43 pm, arriving in Belgrade (Topcider Station) at 6.12 am.
From Belgrade, the train will depart at 9:10 pm. The introduction of the daytime train will depend on the demand and interests of passengers.
The night train will have cars with seats, sleeping cars and cars for transporting attended vehicles.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Health (IJZ) and international railway institutions, passengers in international traffic should adhere to certain measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection.
