The city of Belgrade has offered a part of Palata Beograd (Beogradjanka) building for sale for 16.5 million euros, it was announced today.

More than 19,700 square meters have been offered for sale, while the deposit for participation in the public bidding procedure amounts to 1.65 million euros.
The condition for the purchase is that the new owner undertakes to invest not less than 8 million euros within three years through reconstruction and renovation of Beogradjanka.
The public bidding is scheduled for September 9, and the deadline for applications is September 7.
