According to Podgorica daily Vijesti, the mayor of Budva, Marko Carevic, and the president of the Municipal Assembly of Budva, Krsto Radovic, were arrested this morning in front of the municipal building.

The manager of the Municipality of Budva, Milo Bozovic, the secretary for investments, Mladen Mikijelj; Nikola Jovanovic, the head of Carevic's cabinet, as well as Djordje Vujovic, Carevic's advisor, have also been arrested.
Marko Carevic's son and brother are also under arrest.
Members of the Administrative Inspection arrived at the premises of the Municipality of Budva last night, together with Vladimir Bulatovic and Snezana Kuc, with the intention of installing them as the new officials, but the municipal government did not allow them access.
