A decision of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) has banned an election campaign video of the list led by the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) which features the leader of the Progressives, Aleksandar Vucic, and a six-year-old girl, it has been confirmed for Telegraf.
The decision was made with five votes in favor and four against.
REM was deciding on the ban of the campaign video of the SNS - which became a subject of public controversy due to the alleged abuse of children for political purposes - at the request of the TV N1 broadcaster.
With this decision, REM ordered that the airing of the "disputed" SNS video be stopped within 24 hours.
