The coronavirus-caused disease has claimed four more lives in Serbia over the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 103 dead, Darija Kisic Tepavcevic, deputy director of the Public Health Institute "Dr Milan Jovanovic Batut," said during a news conference on Thursday afternoon.
