Serbian carrier Air Serbia temporarily grounds its fleet for passenger traffic

Air Serbia has, starting today, suspended the transport of passengers due to the situation caused by the global pandemic of coronavirus, as well as due to the temporary suspension of international passenger traffic.

In the meantime, all resources of the Serbian national airline have been made available to the competent state authorities in order to carry out all activities in the interest of the Republic of Serbia, the Serbian air carrier announced.

Air Serbia has been gradually introducing precautionary measures. Three days ago, as many as 16 scheduled flights were canceled, including those from Belgrade to Podgorica, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Skopje, Banja Luka, and others.
