While colleagues and admirers of the character and work of journalist and editor-in-chief of the weekly Vreme Dragoljub Zarkovic mourn his death, Serbian Radical Party leader Vojislav Seselj shocked the public with scandalous words he tweeted about the deceased journalist.

After Belgrade Mayor Zoran Radojicic announced that Zarkovic would be buried in the Alley of Deserving Citizens at the New Cemetery, the radical leader called him a "traitor."

"The New City Cemetery, in the Alley of Deserving Citizens, has long been hiccuping because it cannot digest the big Serbian traitors who are buried there. Now they want to plant the uber-traitor Dragoljub Zarkovic there, who was for 30 years the editor in chief of the dirty Vreme.
