As so-called KLA leaders are summoned to Hague, Pristina provokes announcing lawsuits against Serbs
Advisor to the foreign minister Jetlir Ziberaj's message to Serb officials is that they "must never sleep peacefully because of the genocide committed by Serbia in Kosovo"
As the clock is ticking for indictments to be raised against members of the terrorist KLA, and while it's getting crowded on the "bench" for questionings in The Hague Specialist Prosecutor's Office for crimes committed in Kosovo and Metohija - Pristina is coming out with an alleged 10,000 pages of documents about "war crimes of Serbs."
In a bid to divert the public's attention from Kosovo Democratic Party President Kadri Veseli going to The Hague to face questioning - along with former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and dozens of other KLA members - advisor to the foreign minister Jetlir Ziberaj told Serbian officials, including President Aleksandar Vucic and Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric, that they "must never sleep peacefully because of the genocide committed by Serbia in Kosovo."
"Kosovo will prosecute all Serbs from the highest to the lowest levels who have committed war crimes. Serbia's joint criminal enterprise must be brought to justice as soon as possible," said Ziberaj.
He referred to as "corruptive" the report on the trafficking of organs extracted from Serbs in the Yellow House, presented by Dick Marty before the Council of Europe, that mentions Veseli (who returned from The Hague on Wednesday) and people close to the president of the provisional institutions in Kosovo and Metohija, Hashim Thaci.
"We should not have allowed this, and we should have confronted Marty from the beginning because of his most horrible act that Serbia influenced and supported."
Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told the daily Vecernje Novosti that the foreign minister of so-called Kosovo,
Behgjet Pacolli, "who once threatened me with death, has now infected his adviser with his syndrome, and now's he's starting to make threats, too":
"All of these indictments for alleged crimes that they are announcing serve solely to bury in the media the fact that KLA terrorists, who until recently occupied important positions in Pristina, are now being summoned to The Hague. As much as they are engaged in the engineering of lies, from Racak to the famous figure of 20,000 raped Albanian women, nothing will have the power to balance out the monstrosity of the Yellow House, Gorazdevac, Staro Gracko, the attack on the Nis Express bus... And, as far as we know in that 'orderly state', nobody has even answered for these massacres committed against the Serbs," Dacic said.
Pristina previously made threats to raise indictments against Serbs, with some allegedly having been raised - against retired Yugoslav Army generals: Bozidar Delic, Ljubisa Dikovic and Momir Stojanovic.
The same Albanian course is seen in the move made by lawyer Tom Gashi, who filed a criminal complaint against Vucic for saying that "the crime in Racak is a fabrication of William Walker." Gashi added that the Serbian leader could receive a sentence of ten years in prison.
"If they could, they would ban the Serbs from speaking. They are seeking punishment for President Vucic. Vucic told the truth, Racak is a lie, the rape of common sense and the reason and justification for NATO's aggression, for the deaths of thousands of citizens of Serbia and Montenegro. They can make threats, but they can't kill the truth, not for the Serbs and not for Vucic," Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin said.
The cowardly threats made by terrorists, Marko Djuric said, "will not stop us from fighting for the truth about the suffering of our people in Kosovo and Metohija":
"The ecstatic necrophilia of terrorist pawns, such as Ziberaj, Pacolli and Gashi, cannot obscure the fact that the originators of the conflict in Kosovo and the biggest criminals are the people who present themselves today as the political leaders of the Albanian people. To make the tragedy even greater, the blood of both Serbs and Albanians is equally on their criminal hands, and they, like in the 1990s, don't shy from evil deeds to achieve their terrorist and criminal goals."
