The sniper rifle used to shoot businessman Davidovic was in it: Only a wreck is left of the car

It was a Renault Megane that burned down in Omladinskih Brigada Street in Belgrade

Montenegrin businessman Miodrag Daka Davidovic was wounded last night in front of the Crown Plaza hotel, most likely from a sniper, and the weapon was recovered shortly afterwards in a burned down car in Omladinskih Brigada Street.

It was a Renault Megane inside which firefighters who came to the scene found a rifle with optical sights.

At the time of the attack on Daka, Bishop of Budimlja and Niksic Joanikije, who was not injured, was standing next to him. After the attack a number of police patrols and an ambulance arrived in front of the hotel.

The police are still looking for the shooter.

Fortunately, Davidovic sustained minor injuries in this attack.
