Tocilo's packages had the same stamp: A cobra and a 4-letter word: This made him money

The arrested Novakovic and his group imported exclusively heroin of highest purity and best quality that can be found in the market

All packages of heroin seized by the police in Mladenovac had a special stamp on it. Behind the shipments stands Mladen Novakovic (37), aka Tocilo, a resident of Americ near Mladenovac.

He was arrested on suspicion of organizing a narcotics smuggling group supplying Serbia with drugs, from which 77 kilograms of heroin and 200 grams of cocaine have been seized so far.

What immediately caught everyone's attention was the stamp found on each package. The picture shows a large black-and-white cobra flicking its tongue, with capital letters "KING" below it.

This stamp, according to what we have learned, is put only on "goods" of high quality.

According to the Interior Ministry (MUP) Tocilo and his group imported only heroin of highest purity and best quality that can be found in the market.

It was done, according to statements, because four or five kilograms can be made out of one kilogram of Turkish heroin - thanks to the level of its purity.

"Tocilo has been buying heroin in Turkey for years in large quantities (tens of kilograms), then transporting these goods to Serbia, storing them and selling them exclusively to other criminal groups, who, after processing, release them to the streets. Pretty much, he supplied half of Serbia with heroin," a source told the daily Blic.

Tocilo was not selling all of his supplies at any price: he would store a portion, waiting for a better offer.

The heroin from this shipment was packed in special barrels that were buried and hidden in the vicinity of Mladenovac.

In addition to Novakovic, Sasa Nikolic and Velibor Cvetkov were also arrested in the biggest operation against heroin smugglers ever launched by the Serbian police. The total value of the drugs seized is a whopping 5 million euros.

Novakovic is one of the best known names among drug dealers in Serbia. His police record indicates that he is an experienced criminal. He was arrested twice previously for drug dealing.
