Who's the obstacle to dialogue?
Outgoing prime minister of the temporary Pristina institutions and leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, says President of so-called Kosovo Hashim Thaci and Pristina Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseli, during talks with US officials behind closed doors, presented him as the obstacle to the continuation of the dialogue on normalizing relations between Belgrade and Pristina.

"Serbia is the obstacle, because it sets conditions. Those who commit massacres and crimes set the conditions, while we, as the victims, need to abolish taxes on goods from Serbia in order for the dialogue to continue. I think I did a good job of not allowing it," Haradinaj said.
He expressed his conviction that taxes on goods from Serbia should not be abolished.
