Integrated crossing opens: Serbian and Macedonian customs officers in same office for the first time

The prime ministers of Serbia and Nort Macedonia, Ana Brnabic and Zoran Zaev, have officially marked the beginning of the work of the integrated Presevo-Tabanovci border crossing between the two countries.

This means that as of today, for the first time Serbian and Macedonian customs officers and police officers will work together in the same "office" at the first-category border crossing Presevo-Tabanovci, located on Corridor 10.

The integrated border crossing is the result of an agreement on establishment of joint controls at the Presevo ​-Tabanovce international border crossing, through which passengers and all kinds of good pass.

The agreement was signed on July 12 in Belgrade on behalf of the two governments by interior ministers of Serbia and Northn Macedonia.

After formalizing the integrated crossing, Brnabic and Zaev traveled to Skopje for a meeting. The two countries' delegations are also planned to meet and sign several cooperation agreements.
