Sirens could be heard this morning around 6.10 AM in the Northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica when the units of special Albanian forces ROSU charged in the north of Kosmet. Special forces of ROSU arrested at least 13 Serbs, members of the Kosovo police this morning.
