Red Star's title from 1946 has been recognized, furious Vuletic announced the appeal to the Constitutional Court: Here are the votes!
Red Star is adding the third star and the Black and Whites have no intentions of settling with this decision
The Legal Commission of Football Association of Serbia made a decision on the title from 1946 and decided to recognize the Red Star's title, so red and white officials could officially say they won the 30th title!
The Commission, composed of the chairman, Dejan Suput, the representative of Red Star Dragan Milosevic, Partizan representative Vladimir Vuletic, as well as other members, Veljko Radulovic and Bozidar Beronja, presented the arguments, and in the end, the vote has decided to adopt the request of the Star. Three members of the commission voted in favor, Vladimir Vuletic was against, and Commission President Dejan Soput was sustained.
To recall, Red Star has launched this initiative for recognition of the title of the championship in 1946, which was held at the level of the Republic of Serbia. This title was recognized in Croatia to Hajduk from Split for the competition held within Croatia.
The following year, a championship was held at the federal level in which representatives of the republics took part, who qualified through these championships, the winner of the championship of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, and Partizan as the club of the Yugoslav People's Army.
After the vote, Vuletic said this is the defeat of justice.
- Three members of the commission voted for, one was against, that was me. This is a defeat of the rights - said Vuletic furious, who announced the appeal!
We won't allow the justice to be destroyed in this way and we will launch a case before the Constitutional court of the Republic of Serbia, only when we receive the highest instance verdict. Partizan has experiences with victories on court, where the decisions weren't made up front. I am still saying "No pasaran", this won't pass! While I live and breathe, Partizan won't agree with this, because one power of raised hands can't be stronger with another power of arguments that we showed - said Vuletic.
