A new case of a fake diploma has been discovered in Bjelovar, 11th in a row in Croatia. It is a professor who has been working in two high schools for 17 years, School of Medicine and School of Economics.
Allegedly, he had a forged faculty certificate in Latin and history from a faculty in Graz.
Vojislav Kranzelic, director of the School of Economics, said that the fake professor was dismissed, and the School of Medicine did the same.

The Ministry of Education of Croatia says that information is being checked with the relevant institutions and that they will go public when they receive all the information.
In other words, Minister Blazenka Divjak ordered the examination of diplomas in elementary and secondary schools after the case of a civil servant with a false diploma in the Ministry of Science and Education.
According to the media, the aforementioned Bjelovar professor was celebrated in entire Croatia in 2011 as a hero because he saved a student from the attack of the group of boys.
- I have shouted at them to stop, they were led by a young man who already completed the high school and then they went towards me with curse words. I have pushed one of them and then they started hitting me. They were holding my hands and they were hitting me all over the body. I defended myself until the principal and the janitors came, who stopped the brutal attack - said the professor at the time.
