A tragedy occurred last night on New Belgrade in Nehruova street, when a boy Vasilije R. (12) performed a suicide by jumping from the seventh floor of the building where he lived with his parents. According to the unofficial information, he left a goodbye letter on the table of his room, and the reason he decided to perform a suicide is alleged because his mother didn't allow him to play games. However, his relatives deny this.

The uncle of the late Vasilije came out, really shaken and angry, and he said that the statements that he has left a goodbye letter are not true, nor that he did it due to video-games.

- Leave us alone. That is not true, this is a great family tragedy. Vasilije hasn't left a single goodbye letter, nor he killed himself over video games, he came home from school and he just jumped out of the window - said Vasilije's uncle for Telegraf.

- His father is seriously sick, he has had three difficult surgeries - he added in the end.

NEIGHBORS SHOCKED, THEY CLAIM THAT THE FATHER HAD ALCOHOL PROBLEMS 

We discovered from the scene that the entire neighborhood is shocked and they wonder "how did this happen to him".

- How did this happen, oh my, why to him? He was the nicest child in the building, he did sports, his parents moved to this building 10 years ago and they gave 5.000 euros to repair tiles in the building. Culture, educated people, I have only the words of praise for this family - said the shocked neighbor to "Telegraf", and she immediately started crying.

- He always greeted you when you passed next to him. His parents divorced at some moment, but they got back together. Why did he do it? - she added.

She said that she heard a noise and shouting last night, the police, the elevator, but she couldn't have imagined something like that happening.

She told our reporter that the father had an alcohol problem for some time.

To recall, the boy was found by the neighbors in front of the building, and the boy was still giving signs of life at those moments. The Emergency help came immediately, but despite the best efforts of the doctors, the boy didn't make it.
