What Albania is doing is bordering with the unofficial announcement of the war to Serbia: Drecun on a joint military exercise of Tirana and Pristina
Albania has no basis to send troops to Kosovo and Metohija, Drecun said
A joint exercise by the Albanian army and the so-called Kosovo security forces in Kosovo is intended to intimidate the Serb people in the province, and they are preparing for the eventual incitement of violence in the north of Kosovo, said the chairman of the Assembly Committee on Kosovo and Metohija (KiM), Milovan Drecun.
Don't play with fire! Dacic expressly warned Thaci: If you attack Serbs, we will defend them
He estimated that this was an unacceptable demonstration of the Greater Albania policy, that Albania had no basis to send an army to KiM, unless it has plans to occupy the territory, and the fact that Albania is doing this is close to the unofficial declaration of war to Serbia.
- They have occupied the part of our territory, and not even the UN nor KFOR react to it - said Drecun on TV Pink.
He emphasized that, according to Resolution 1244, the only military presence in Kosovo and Metohija can be the presence of KFOR.
- How could KFOR permit the presence of a military force that is not part of KFOR? Why did not they stop them? Who made a political decision to allow such a thing - asked Drecun.
He stated that the message is sent to Belgrade that the Albanian army can help the special forces of Pristina to complete the ethnic cleansing on KiM and to banish all of the Serbs from KiM.
- An extremely dangerous message is being sent to Serbia which can bring the entire region into a new war, the message is sent that if we try to defend the Serbian people, that if there is violence in the north, Albania will send their army to oppose us and we can expect the military of Albania on the top of Kopaonik where the administrative line is placed - said Drecun.
He said that the entire regime from Albania is behind the entire destabilization of KiH, and at the time, of Macedonia as well.
