LOTTO jackpot of 6 million euros has been drawn: No one knows who is the lucky winner! (PHOTO)
This is the place where the lucky ticket was bought, on the corner of Majsanski road and Kosta Trifkovic, surrounded by modest shops and bakeries
The news that set Serbia on fire yesterday came from a small quarter in Subotica, from a kiosk on the corner of Majsanski road and Kosta Trifkovic, where a lucky person paid a winning lottery ticket, valued at 6 million euros!
In this cozy little square, surrounded with houses, among a few shops and stores, next to the improvised market, there is a kiosk which sells lotto tickets. Someone from this area wanted to try out their luck and now 6 million euros will come to the Zeleznik suburb.
It is enough to make a house which will dwarf all others and to start his own business.
And people of Subotica are in shock.
- We don't know that the jackpot has been claimed here in our area, we don't even have the number of the kiosk - said one woman from the nearby shop.
Jealousy, some might say. They are all quiet and they are waiting for someone to enter the butcher's shop to make the biggest lunch or to drop by the kiosk to treat the girl working there who had a lucky hand.
You usually never find out who is the winner of a lottery jackpot. But... in the next few months, everyone who buys some new car or they suddenly move away from the modest Zeleznik suburb will be suspicious.
