For the first time in the past 14 years, French Humanitarian Arnaud Gouillon has had problems delivering Christmas and New Year presents to the children of Kosovo, and the reason is the ban on entry on the territory of southern Serbian province which is still in power.
He published on Thursday evening that he had to return from the Jarinje border crossing, due to the ban imposed by the Pristina authorities.
- This year, after fourteen years that I have been delivering Christmas convoy, I had to return back to central Serbia. My heart has sunk tonight, but I am happy that our solidarity will continue - said Gouillon.
He added that the volunteers from France managed to enter Kosmet.
- They had no problems on the border cross. They will be able to continue delivering humanitarian help that we brought from France and that we partially gathered in the spot - wrote Gouillon.
