In the last 24 hours, a real drama was taking place in the streets of Banja Luka, after the police arrested Davor Dragicevic yesterday and soon after his ex-wife Suzana Radanovic, the parents of the killed young man, David Dragicicevic. They have been trying to find out the real cause of the death of their son.

Photos of the arrest of parents who seek justice for their deceased son cause mixed emotions and citizens started gathering in the center of Banja Luka, after their arrest. These two scenes shook Banja Luka, but also the Region. The discussion has been going on the social networks for the past 24 hours - who murdered David, who will answer for that, and why are they arresting the parents.
The day after the arrest, the opinions of citizens are divided. Some demand the murderer to be discovered, the others say that they are not the only ones who lost their child and that the situation in Banja Luka crossed all lines. They are calling for calm and dignified protests, and they said that "police shouldn't beat people, and the people shouldn't beat police".
Everything started on Thursday morning when Davor was arrested. His wife wrote on Facebook: "They are just trying to arrest Davor", and soon she added: "We are in the car, they are driving behind us", and then she added: "They arrested Davor".
Soon, the citizens started gathering on square Krajina, where a police cordon arrived.
While the police officers marked Davor's car with a tape, the mother Suzana talked to the police officers.
She was holding the picture of her late son.
- Am I breaking a law by standing here, is this free territory? - she asked.
She told them that they can arrest her as well or they should go to arrest "the murderers of her son".
- Do you have a mother, do you have a child - she asked the members of the police of Republika Srpska, and one officer approached and told her to stand back.
Two police officers soon took her away, and she wasn't leaving the picture of her son.
After a few hours, she was released and she said that she will gather on the square once again.
Davor Dragicevic was brought to the District Prosecutor's Office of Banja Luka around 8.00 this morning, just before the expiration of 24 hours detention.

After almost three hours of interrogation, Dragicevic was released, and on that occasion, he stated that he was "the proudest father" and that he would not give up the fight.
The Ministry of Internal affairs of Republika Srpska scheduled an emergency press conference for today where the Minister of Internal Affairs, Dragan Lukac, and the director of Police Darko Culum, will address the public.
