A slap in the face to Haradinaj, Thaci, and Pacolli in the middle of New York! A clear message from UN: Nobody invited you here

- They are officially not invited, the reasons are well known, and they can be in New York only for their personal affairs - the spokeswoman of UN said

The Pristina delegation, Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj and Behgjet Pacolli, did not receive an invitation for a session of the UN General Assembly, and they are staying in New York on their personal affairs, UN spokeswoman Eri Kaneko said.

Prime Minister of Morocco denied the "minister" of Kosovo: The gentlemen from Kosovo imposed his presence, we didn't discuss bilateral relations

- They are officially not invited, the reasons are well known, and they can be in New York only for their personal affairs - Kaneko said, denying information of the Pristina TV Kljan Kosova, which stated that Thaci is participating in the work of the General Assembly.

According to Pristina Bota Sot, referring to Presevo Jon, Kaneko explained that the work of the General Assembly is attended by representatives of the UN member states upon invitation, and only the representatives of the member states and the permanent observers can speak in the high-level discussion.

She specified that Pristina has no permanent observer status in the UN, the Vatican and Palestine have that status.

That now practically explains why no one from the Pristina Delegation was at the dinner for the members of the General Assembly on the first day which was hosted by US president Donald Trump.

In Pristina, it was announced earlier that Thaci, during the session of the General Assembly, would meet with Trump, but immediately before his departure to New York from the cabinet of the Kosovo President, it was said that this meeting was uncertain because it was not confirmed.

The 73rd regular session of the UN General Assembly gathered delegations from 193 member states at the headquarters of that world organization, consisting of prime ministers and presidents of those countries, among which are delegations from Albania, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Greece.
