President Vucic and Minister Szijjarto also discussed further Hungarian investments in Serbia, as well as concrete measures for the implementation of joint infrastructure and other projects, but also the way they will treat the migrant crisis
President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, spoke with Foreign Minister of Hungary Peter Szijjarto, who conveyed greetings and messages from Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The two interlocutors concluded that the relations of the two countries are at the highest historical level, thanks to the mutual understanding and trust of President Vucic and Prime Minister Orban, and their commitment to bilateral cooperation, as well as openness to cooperation on issues of importance to the entire region, the migrant crisis.
Taking in considering the regional situation, President Vucic briefed Minister Szijjarto on the state of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, stressing the need to achieve a genuine compromise that would guarantee lasting stability and economic progress.
President Vucic and Minister Szijjarto also discussed further Hungarian investments in Serbia, as well as concrete measures for realization of joint infrastructure and other projects, which would contribute to a better connection of people, flow of goods and better economic cooperation.
President Vucic also thanked for the open and strong support of Hungary to the European Integrations of Serbia.
