Three people arrested for suspicion of being responsible for the drowning of a child at Jagodina pools, the search for one more continues

The suspects were detained for up to 48 hours

Police officers in Jagodina arrested the teacher Aida Hasic, (31), and the president of the association "Children's joy" Meliha Ibrahimovic (52) from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Marko Arsic (30), the responsible person of the hotel "Alfa", on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense against general security. On suspicion of committing the same crime, the police are intensively searching for Vladic Vasic (31), the owner of the hotel "Alfa".

It is suspected that the responsible persons from the organizations missed the obligatory supervision of the children and that the responsible people from the hotel didn't apply protection measures. As a result, it is suspected, a fourteen-year-old boy from Bosnia and Herzegovina drowned.

According to the order of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Jagodina, the suspects are detained for up to 48 hours and they will be brought to the prosecutor with a criminal complaint.
