Protest over fuel prices: Road and bridge blockades in Belgrade and Novi Sad are over for now (PHOTO) (VIDEO)

New work week started with the roadblock of all entrances into the capital city

The Zrenjanin road near Borca and the Gazela bridge in Belgrade were blocked this morning from 8.15 am, and some streets in Novi Sad. The protests ended after thirty minutes in most places and the traffic returned to normal.

The protest over the fuel prices was announced for 7 AM, however, the roads were calm and passable until 8:15 in Belgrade.

The bridge Gazela was blocked near Sava Centar, and the police removed 8 vehicles, and there is a complete collapse in Borca on Zrenjanin road. The alternative road in the case of Gazela blockade:

Citizens publish on social networks that there has been a complete stop of traffic in Mladenovac.

The highway Kragujevac-Kraljevo is blocked with tractors.

An intersection at the corner of Boulevard and Futog street in Novi Sad is blocked to support the protest regarding the fuel prices. The intersection was blocked at 7 AM and it is said that it will be blocked until further notice or until the demands are met and tat us until the taxes for petroleum products are reduced - the "Telegraf" readers report.
